Gpg ufc pro not read any phone whit mt-box and cyclone

Hi friends, i have read 10 phones nokias (bb5 and dtc4) whit mt-box and cyclone box, and is impossible read the phone.

What is a problem ???? all phone entered in local mode ok, but when read, always no connection whit 10 nokias phones in mtbox and cyclone box

the input dc of the UFC is 3V? 5V? 9V? 12V? not manual for this product !!!!

I think that this product is not ready for sale, needs to improve.

i have the same problem i have this prodcut and it comes with a 10pin heead cable to connect to the boxes....but i have mxbox and nbox.....it have to make a advice for the users!!! if
