Gpg ufc pro 2012 help me plzzzz

Sir i had purchased gpg ufc pro 2012 2 weeks ago and my reseller told me that it will work with ufs 2.2 also and it has 10 pin output rj 48 which is not supported by my any box ufs and mxbox and my reseller is not giving me any answer and nott even pick my call (ultimate sales and service) mr.kalpesh varia now what should i understand wastagee of money. Why are you giving such a person authority to sell who can not even answer a single question and please help me how can i solve my problem now.gpg

What do you mean by UFS 2.2 ?
UFC PRo 2012 have RJ48 and it's supported on both ports
1- Rj45 for UFS, ATF, Cyclone etc
2- RJ48 for MT Box
