Hard Reset - Motorola Devour A555
http://www.xtcclip.co.uk/screenshoots/Motorola_Devour_A555/caution.gif Performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary.
Will be shown both the way for doing this: Peferred and alternate method
Note: An hard reset can also be performed via the MyMOTOBLUR website.
Note (2): When attempting to determine if a 3rd party application is the cause of an operating system / application issue on a device that does not support the autmatic restore, skip the Google Account setup during the initial setup of the device.
Preferred method
From the home screen, select the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

Select Settings.

Select SD card, USB Mass Storage, & phone storage.

Select Factory data reset from the Internal phone storage section.

Select Reset phone.

Select Erase everything.

Do again the same procedure of initial setting as for a new phone.
Alternate method
Press and hold the Power button.

Select Power off.

Slide the keyboard open.

Press and hold the Space key+R key+Power button simultaneously until the Recovery screen (exclamation point inside of a triangle) appears.

From the Recovery screen, press the Z+M keys.
