Bought the phone in UK jokaroom vip (https://jokaroomvip.com/), before moving back to Italy. Because of the region block I couldn t anymore use the phone in Italy. it was impossible to unlock it even contacting at least 10 times during a year the customer service. I really suggest you to buy other phones. Samsung customer service is owful
