Does anyone here know tha name of the manufacturer of the htcdongle smart card. i'm having driver problems and want t o do some research.

Hihi,
I am having same problem also,
I download the dongle driver from here and intall the rockey200 drivers,
But still unable to detect smart card by my window 7 ,64 bit.
anyway I have 2 units dongle and both of them working well on xp.
Kindly assist me in this case.

I just solve my problem,

and download the gpg uni driver v2
then run your hxc exe as administrator.
It works for me.
