Samsung i8150 Cannot read model - no unlock

Hi guys,

I am trying to unlock Samsung i8150 but I get the following:

12:38:741 > USED COM SPEED: 115200!
12:38:42 > READING MODEL: ERROR 1001!
12:38:43 > SAMSUNG I8150 UNLOCK: END!

I entered *#7284# and chose MODEM. Then the phone is recognized via COM114 and I then choose to read unlock codes.

Am I doing something wrong?
