How To Write MTK IMEI (625A) To AT Mode :
- Turn On The Phone
- Connect To PC Using USB Cable
- Now Select PC Suite / COM
- Install Driver
- Open Volcano Latest Soft
- Go To MTK Tab
- Enable Imei Option
- Select ''Write IMEI''
- Unmark Auto Detect Pinout
- Mark USB Mode
- Now Click To Run
- Select Phone Port ( COM PORT )
- Select AT If Already Not Selected
- Entry IMEI
- Click To ""Write IMEI(W)""
- Wait Until Done

How To Connect MTK Using Detect Tab :
- Open Volcano Latest Software
- Go To Detect Tab
- Select To Detect Type "" [D+/D-]MTK USB & Mstar (Do Find Boot)
- Connect Phone To Volcano Main Cable
- Click To Detect
- Press Power Key If Not Detect Then Boot Key {Note-Some Pone Auto Detect, No Need Press Any Key & Some Phone In PCB Have Boot Point (Like TX RX ) That Phone For Booting You Need Connect Boot Point To GND}
- After Pinout Detected Click To Set Pinout
- Now Go To MTK Tab
- Unmark Auto Detect Pinout
- Select USB Mode
- Now Select Correct MTK Boot
- Select Read Write Format What You Want
- Run

how to enable USB debugging?
As for enabling USB debugging in Android 2.3 or newer can be done by..
- Open the Settings.
- Now tap on “Applications”.
- And then go to “Development”.
- Check the option: “USB debugging”
As for enabling USB debugging in Android 4.0 or newer can be done by...
- Open the Settings.
- Search then Tap on “Developer options”.
- Check the option: “USB debugging”.
As for enabling USB debugging in Android 4.2 or newer can be done by...
- Open Settings > About.
- Go to “Build Number” at the end of the Scroll list.
- Tap that “Build Number” repeatedly for 7 times. But on the third tap, you will be presented with a message saying you only 4 more taps to be a developer. Therefore continue tapping till "Hooray, you are now a ‘Developer’ appears, at this phase the go back to Setting page.
- Now Developer Option will be included in setting list of yours now.
- Launch Developer Options, then check USB debugging > Ok. Done!
Once it's enabled you, even as non-developer you will get a level of access over your device to give you bigger freedom in controlling your device.
