but i have Activation problem
when i go to support Area i see this error

hi I have a problem with the dongle
it's say: dongle SEEMS damaged do you want to ATTEMPT REPARING IT.
i did everything that the forums says
and nothing
so please...help I bouthg it from steve but he doesn't replay my e-mails the dongle is from GPG industries...thx
