Help with a Galaxy note 2 SGH-T889

ive tried all 3 jigs that fit, ive tried installing all the drivers, im in unsigned driver mode, but i cannot get the box to see the phone to save my life. you guys seem to know what you're talking about so i thought id drop a line and ask for some help. any pointers out there? or has anyone worked with this phone and the volcano box before sucessfully?

Hello guys,
Need help with my Galaxy note 2 SGH-T889. It is stuck in the reboot mode. It happened right in the middle of the system update. I was uploading my pdf files to my Google Drive and the system asked me to install all updates before opening pdf documents, so I chose to install new updates after a transfer (there were 234 files, total size = 56 Mb).

After an upload was completed, the screen blinked and the message about updates popped up. When it reached 47%, it simply went blank.
