I have received GCPro.What next ?


Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Please download latest update.
2. Once you download latest setup. install it.
3. Now you see on desktop shortcut GCPro UPDATE Tool. open this.
4. Select UPDATE GCPro.(You can select english,chinese,russian,spanish more will be added)
5. Press Start.Wait till finish. (If its say not allowed please ignore it.)
6. Once finish select Register GCPro.
7. If its say not allowed on Register GCPro. please contact Reseller only he can help.
8. If you buy directly from www.gcprokey.com you can contact GPG sales team they will help.

How to unlock Samsung sprint most model with GCPro?


Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Make sure you are using Latest update.
2. Select model (samsung usb serial port J327P U3 temp unlock or N900P Only else not need)
3. Method 1 If phone firmware is combination or combination modem is used in samsung tab, select Sprint Unlock & press Start
4. Method 2 if phone is stock firmware & newer then last 3 digit PDx[x=0 to anything ] You must root phone. in samsung tab, select sprint unlock & press start.
5. For sprint spc/msl read only, you can use UART method SPC/AKEY or use sprint unlock without root.

Note:S9/S9+ SPRINT is via credits only supported at moment.
Note2:J337,J727P U3,J737P,NOTE9,S10 SPRINT is not supported.

Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Make sure you are using Latest update.
2. Select any model. go to samsung tab. make sure USB DEVELOPER MODE ( ADB) IS ENABLED.
3. Select ADB Unlock & Make sure Tick on USE SERVER on top right. Press START Now phone is unlocked if ask enter 00000000.
   Note:Only ATT/CCT supported any other will charge credit but will not unlock. You can ask refund via live chat or skype we will refund once not always if you continue doing such mistake..

1. Make sure you are using Latest update.
2. Select any model. go to samsung tab. make sure *#0808# selected last option. scan port and select "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port".
3. Select T-MOBILE Unlock & Make sure Tick on USE SERVER. Press START wait till finish now is unlocked.
   Note:Some models may need to flash COMBINATION Modem before start do not worry software will not CHARGE Credits for it. GCPro will charge credits only if your doing all steps correctly.

3. Select NEWQC Unlock & Press START Now phone is unlocked if ask enter 00000000.
   Note:Some models may need to flash COMBINATION Modem before start do not worry software will not CHARGE Credits for it. GCPro will charge credits only if your doing all steps correctly.

4. Go to samsung tab select FRP/RLOCK Online press start.
5. Once show successful means process is finish and FRP/Reactivation lock is Removed.

Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Make sure you are using Latest update & credits in your GCPro.
2. Select model any in list. tick on use server.
3. Make sure phone is fully on & usb developer mode is on. now dial *#0808# select last option, make readinfo adb to make sure it's connected properly.
4. Scan port select "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port" not modem port please.
5. Go to samsung tab select "Exynos unlock" press start if ask for direct unlock click YES.
6. Once show successful means process is finish and simlock is Removed. if still ask for code enter 11111111 as unlock code.
   Note: GCPro will charge each time credit for same phone even. so be sure do not repeat it without consulting team.

Card update error (Server certificate verify failed)

Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

Solution is check for vpn/proxy disable them. use clean computer and use only windows 10 or newer. due to microsoft closed support for SSL communication by default for older windows.
Check computer date & time. Make sure windows have all updates.
This error have nothing to do with GCPro server this is your computer or internet issue which can not let HTTPS(SSL) communication.

How to Sim unlock OnePlus 6T T-Mobile Edition

1. Enable ADB in developer options & OEM Unlock. Connect Phone in fastboot and press button OnePlus6T Unlock in android tab.
