I have received GCPro.What next ?


Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Please download latest update from www.gcprokey.com
2. Once you download latest setup. install it.
3. Now you see on desktop shortcut GCPro UPDATE Tool. open this.
4. Select UPDATE GCPro.(You can select english,chinese,russian,spanish more will be added)
5. Press Start.Wait till finish. (If its say not allowed please ignore it.)
6. Once finish select Register GCPro.
7. If its say not allowed on Register GCPro. please contact Reseller only he can help.
8. If you buy directly from www.gcprokey.com you can contact GPG sales team they will help.

Question
How to unlock Samsung sprint most model with GCPro?


Answer.(Box or dongle same steps)

1. Make sure you are using Latest update.
2. Select model (samsung usb serial port J327P U3 temp unlock or N900P Only else not need)
3. Method 1: If phone firmware is combination or combination modem is used in samsung tab, select Sprint Unlock & press Start
4. Method 2: if phone is stock firmware & newer then last 3 digit PDx[x=0 to anything ] You must root phone. in samsung tab, select sprint unlock & press start.
5. For sprint spc/msl read only, you can use UART method SPC/AKEY or use sprint unlock without root.

Note:S9/S9+ SPRINT is via credits only supported at moment. http://forum.gpgindustries.com/showt...4976#post74976
Note2:J337,J727P U3,J737P,NOTE9,S10 SPRINT is not supported.

• GCPro Troubleshooting.
• Problem: Error 0x82 Security
  
  • Solution:
    
    • Uninstall complete GCPRO setup/update/installed files from your computer.
    • ReDownload & Install GCPRO latest setup from Support Area
    • Add C:\GCPro_Team\ folder into TRUSTZone/Exclude on your AntiVirus
    • These above steps should solve your problem. but somehow if still getting same error then you have to clean your pc from any malware & virus by any AntiMalware & AntiVirus.
    • This error only comes only when your windows is VIRUS INFECTED AND CORRUPTED GCPro ADB_SERVICE\adb.exe.

How to use RLOCK ADB = REACTIVATION REMOVE ON QCOM samsung device..
Answer
You must have STOCK 5.1 or newer .
You must have ADB & ROOT. TEMP root also ok. use google or search in forum to get more idea how to do it. if you can't sorry no other option we have.


We have uploaded most of ENG ROOT at support and they are latest firmware so flash your device with need firmware first.


Scan port & select samsung modem port before start.
Go to samsung tab select RLOCK ADB.
Select any model GCPro do not care models at most case.
Press start follow steps.


In case any error please format and re do.. if still say post log by making new thread do not forget to post all log in text format no images or files please.

How to REMOVE REACTIVATION ON EXYNOS samsung device with root.
Answer
If you already have flashed ENG ROOT Please use FRP REMOVE (ADB) this will clear FRP & REACTIVATION & screen lock,pattern,password etc same time..


We have uploaded most of ENG ROOT at support and they are latest firmware so flash your device with need firmware first.

How to FRP,REACTIVATION LOCKS ON EXYNOS samsung device VIA FRP_UFS OLD device with UART C3303K ?
Answer
Please connect any FTDI box plug C3303K cable & make sure you know port number. do not need COM,VCP etc. only number REMEMBER IT.


Please connect phone in download mode. plug usb scan port select samsung modem port.


Select FRP_UFS press start.
Wait till reading finish.. software will restart phone to normal mode. do not press OK on it.


Power off your phone fully.in GCPro software enter box port only number press OK


Software will start searching your phone.. now connect POWERED OFF phone by pressing VOLUME DOWN Always AND POWER KEY only for first 2 sec. if software detect it release key pressing.


If some reason not detected follow process again power off device fully, press VOLUME DOWN AND POWER KEY 2 sec only.


Once detected it will remove FRP,REACTIVATION,EELOCK same time.

HOW TO READ CERT WITH EXYNOS UNLOCK AND DIAG PORT?
Answer
Start phone fully make sure stock firmware is in phone. in some case you may need combination MODEM only not full flash.


Dial *#0808# select LAST OPTION..(some case you may need to reboot)
Scan port and select "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port" in GCPro .
Go to samsung tab select Exynos unlock. Press start if ask for direct unlock press NO if you just wanted to read cert or code.
