This is full list of the most common questions of our customer and it will be updated daily.


Q: How do i flash/repair/change imei HUAWEI T202/T565/332FM ?

A:
1. GO TO SUPPORT AND DOWNLOAD PREFFERED FLASH FIELE
2. FLASH THE PHONE WITH IT
3. REPAIR IMEI USING IMEI FROM THE BACK LABEL OR ANY NEW IMEI YOU WIISH

NOTE:
1. T565 band is 850-1900MHz and is not working in Europe where band is 900-1800MHz
2. To convert T565 850-1900MHz to vodafone 332fm 900-1800MHz you need to flash 332fm fw
3. To convert 332fm 900-1800MHz to T565 850-1900MHz you need to flash T565 fw

NOTE 2:
If you preffer you can convert band of T565 or 332FM without flashing using a hw modification available here.





Q: What OS (operating system) are your softwares compatible ?
A: Windows XP/2K/Vista.


Q: I just got my box and i would like to install drivers. What to do ?
A: There are two drivers to install on first use. First get FG_FTDIDRIVER.rar from support, extract in one folder and after connect box to usb cable. In this moment windows will request this driver and just point him the correct directory. After get from support FG_SMARTCARDDRIVER.zip, extract in one fodler, right click on ini file and choose install. End these operations by resetting pc.

Q: What is the next step after installing drivers ?
A: download latest maintainance tool
extraxt on new folder, run the maintenance exe tick format & execute selected operation to double size the dongle volume after finish tick generate licence then click on execute selected operation, after the licence has been generated click on go to support area, you'll be logged in automaticly to support area
go to download area >> setup, download the latest installer and make sure to download the latest beta modules, install furious installer and exract beta modules on furious installer folder make sure to put the generated key inside the installer folder.

Q: I'm getting this error message when I'm trying to run furious module " applet not found ! update using correct pakage "
A: make sure you are updating the dongle firmware to the correct pack, as each pack contains a certain modules, & make sure your using the latest beta module ver.

Q: I'm trying to unlock new NECs and use TREO module TXT to code features but i'm allways getting 'Error..' or 'ERROR: 00' why !?
A: First of all dongle must be upgraded with PACK 2.
1. Upload to the phone using Bluetooth or USB cable TreoUnlock_H2K_PRC_APPLET_BETA.rar from support.
2. Once this palm application installed please run it from phone (be sure you turn radio off before)
3. If all went ok you should notice some text shown on phone display similar to

Q: I just got unlock data from a TREO. How i get code ?
A:

Q: I just code from and LG EGOLD LITE mode but no way to enter it. What i do ?
A: Flash inside mg160bP16FL55-V10A-724-05-MAR19-2007 or kg275 AFR V10a and insert a restricted sim after flash and u'll be able to enter the code.

Q: U890 can be unlocked using 64K sim ?
A: Yes it can.

Q: I try to unlock one Blackberry and i get 'This version too old or cannot be used for unlocking'. Why ?
A: You must flash phone with firmware from support and after try code reading again.

Q: How do i enter codes in Blackberry phones ?
A: Type 'MEPPD' or 'MEPD' and after 'MEPP2' or 'MEP2'.

Q: Why do i get BAD LOGIN when i try to login support ?
A: One main possible reason is the fact you didnt activated the box.


Q: I'm using Maintainnace and i get socket errors and connection is refused . Why ?
A: Most probably reason is the fact u are using and old version.

Q: Some softs in Furious dont start or dont work properly. Why ?
A: Check if u'r dongle is updated using correct PACK or if you use latest version of the modules. Allways check forum and BETA folders.


Q: WHen i try use modules i get 'License not found !'. Why this ?
A: Use Maintainance and generate license urself.

Q: HOW TO UNLOCK U970 and U830 ?

A:
1. TO UNLOCK U970 PLEASE CONECT PHONE IN EMERGENCY MODE (2+5+PWR ON) AND CHECK 'FORCED MODE' ON SOFTWARE. AFTER FULL FLASH USING U970_UNLOCK.***

2. TO UNLOCK U830 PLEASE CONECT PHONE IN EMERGENCY MODE (2+5+PWR ON) . AFTER FULL FLASH USING U830_UNLOCK.***


Q: How do i unlock U300 and U890 (64K sims included) using FuriouS ?
A:
1. Flash using special file from support
2. Detach phone from usb cable
3. Insert orginal simcard or any sim card accepted by phone
4. Put the usb cable or charger (phone start charging)
5. Wait 10 sec then power on the phone.
6. Go in phone menu at 'unit converter' (the phone will restart)
7. Quickly remove battery, change current sim with other one (64k, 128k) and put battery back and wait.

P.S: if phone results on 'no network' then write nv file for u890 from support and
then repeat the procedure from 2 to 7.

Q: How to unlock U880 and U900 using FuriouS ?
A:
1. Flash phone using unlock/tempunlock file from support
2. Insert a restricted sim and when 'SIM LOCKED'/'USIM BLOCATA' shown on screen
press S.O.S key or type 142358#*# code blindly.
3. That's all !

A: Be sure u have installed latest setup and that SEEDS.bin is near module exe.

Q: How to enter unlock codes on Blackberry phones ?
A: How to SIM Unlock the device:
1 Insert SIM into device
2 Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.
3. Go to the "Tools" screen
4. Select "Settings"''
5. Select "Options" THEN SELECT ADVANCED OPTIONS
6. Select the "SIM Card" option
7. Type "MEPPD" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)
8. Type "MEPP "ALT" 2"
9. Enter the Unlock Code
10. Press enter (press on Trackball)
11 .Reboot device. Device is now unlocked




Q: I have an MG160 / KG 275 dead and cannot be booted after flash with wrong file. What i do ?
A:

MG160 / KG 275 dead and cannot be booted after flash with wrong file.
Solution to repair.
1. Please use fully charged battery.
2. Run Proper module ( Currently LG KE Module v. 1.0.0.2013 )
3. Deattach battery from phone , phone must be not connected to cable.
4. In sw Module choose proper com port, "write flash" job, and file MG160bP16FL-55-V10a-724-05-MAR-19-2007+1.bin from support.
5. Press "Do Job".
6. When the message " Press power On" appeared in window - Connect phone to cable and Only NOW insert battery. Flashing should start.
7. After job done, you can read codes from it , or flash any other proper flash file from support.

Important! Solution is tested and work only for phones killed by wrong file flashed using Furious sw. We do not have any idea if it may work for phones killed using any other sw. !

Q: How i read codes from TREO 650 and use them to unlock it ?
A:

Reading Your phones Unlock Codes

1. Run treo read code software
2. remove any card inside in phone
3. Remove Treo Battery Cover & Power on your Treo
4. Connect USB Sync Cable (as supplied with phone)
5. Place Phone in “Test Mode”
- Press and Hold Button on USB Cable
- Using Pen Press and hold for 1 second Reset button in Back of Treo
- Release reset button, then release Active Sync button on Cable
- Display should be red/blue etc and detail boot loader version
- Phone is now in Test Mode
If Windows now detects a new device (this will happen the first time you put a treo 650 into
test mode, then you will need to do the following
(you will only need to do this once)
1. A new hardware wizard will appear. Select “No, not this time” if asked about connecting to the internet
2. Then on the next screen Select “Don’t search, I will choose driver to install.” Click on
the “Have Disc … “ button
3. Select the drivers, direct windows to the folder containing the Treo HTTC drivers, if presented with a Windows warning about Microsoft signing of drivers. Choose “Continue Anyway”
4. Windows will now install the drivers.
5. Click on finish on next screen
6. Windows has finished installing New Hardware .You will only need to do this once per PC.
7. Now click “Do Job” on SW, (codes should be displayed in under 5 Seconds)
Entering Codes
1. Remove Treo battery, unplug cable
2. Insert incorrect SIM card (1 the phone does not accept)
3. Power on Treo-650, “Sim not allowed” is displayed, click “ok”
4. Go to the dial pad, and use the stylus to enter code exactly as displayed in the software. Then press “Dial”
5. Phone will reset and display “sim lock removed”
Phone Unlocked !!!!

Q: I can't connect my siemens phone with FBS ! Whats the problem ?
A:
Try select and use for communication COM 1.

Q: What LG Qualcomm models are supported for FULL UNLOCK and FULL REPAIR ?
A:
KU800, KU450, L600V, KU311, U990, KU990, CU500, CU500V, MU500, TU550, TU500, TU500S, TU500F, CU400, CU405, CU320, CU720, TU720, CU575, TU575, CU515, TU515, KU380, KU385 and maybe other phones in future.

Q: I have white screen after flashing KE500/ME5xx. What to do ?

1. GET FLASH HERE
2. OPEN LGKE v1.0.0.2503, SELECT WRITE FLASH, DO JOB AND SELECT FILE YOU JUST DOWNLOADED
3. SELECT 'FULL ERASE BEFORE', PRESS 'DO JOB' AND WAIT FLASH TO FINISH
4. POWER ON PHONE, CONNECT TO IT KG800 RJ45 CABLE (NOT KE500 FLASHING CABLE), SELECT IMEI CHANGE, WRITE INSIDE THE BOX IMEI FROM THE STICKER AND PRESS DO JOB

5. ENJOY A REPAIRED AND UNLOCKED PHONE !

Q: How to flash Blackberry when soft not shown ?
A:
Copy from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files the folder for 7700, 7100, 7200 (depending phone model) in C:\ for example and after when flasher dont show anything press add and select from c:\ folder just copied ! AFter contents display press cancel and repeat operation. This time will show u all files from start.

just go to the bde folder... execute bde.bat (this exectute the c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe bdeinst.dll command... if your windows isnt in this folder... just change it)

in the installation it said that i dont have enough space to install on C partition... just ignore the error and install this

then app works ok!

its the borland database engine that is missing in computers! usually computers have mdac

or

simply delete old shell and BDE directory under c:\program files\common files\borland shared\bde
then reinstall bde.bat and run shell it should work like a charm.

1. WRITE KE520_EEP (IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE WORKING BACKUP FROM UR PHONE)
2. UNLOCK
2.1 WRITE IMEI (PHONE MUST BE ON AND KG800 CABLE MUST BE USED) - THIS STEP NOT NEEDED
3. WRITE FLASH WITH ' FULL ERASE BEFORE CHECKED'
(ALL ABOVE WITHOUT POWERING PHONE ON AND AT THE END YOU WILL HAVE A LOCKED PHONE)

SECOND STEP:

1. UNLOCK
2. POWER ON, POWER OFF PHONE
3. WRITE FLASH WITH ' FULL ERASE BEFORE CHECKED'

Q: HOW TO FIX NO NETWORK PROBLEM IN VODAFONE 225 ARABIC FW (ArFr) ?

A:
use LG Amdo Pack 5 perform
1- Security Restore with SECBKP (your phone model ).bin file from SECBKP FOR REPAIR folder
2- Repair (type original IMEI in IMEI box )
3- Unlock


Q: i'm trying to unlock my phone with Qualcomm tool / LG Pack 5 /Amdo
but im getting this message UNSUPPORTED FIRMWARE VERSION.

A:
you have 2 options for this issue
1- Flash you phone with supported Firmware from support area if its
available and if Flasing feature is supported for you phone.
( this option is not recommended ).
2- use dump me option and send the read out file to
any of Furious product supporters, it will take up to 8h to read.
file out ( this option is recommended to support the FW ver. ).


Q: i want to format my Dongle to double up the Dongle volume,
is there anything should i do before formatting

make sure you snap a screenshot for your treo credits before formatting.
else you can't claim it back

Small help about VODAFONE 246 operations


Case 1
You have old FuriousGold with 5v output on pin1 of rj45. And LG-GS101 cable. ( not GPG maded combo).

1. Connect cable to phone without battery inside.
2. Run sw , choose proper port and speed , press "start"
3. Now connect other side of cable into FG-box rj45 slot.
4. All should be ok, phone will be connected and unlocked.
5. In case something goes wrong , try repeat same procedure with battery inside phone.

Case 2
You have plastic FuriousGold with 3.3v output on pin1 of rj45. And LG-GS101 cable. ( not GPG maded combo).

1. Connect cable to phone with battery inside.
2. Run sw , choose proper port and speed , press "start"
3. Now connect other side of cable into FG-box rj45 slot and shortly press phone "red" button.
4. All should be ok, phone will be connected and unlocked.

Case 3
You have plastic FuriousGold with 3.3v output on pin1 of rj45. And LG-GS101 GPG maded combo cable.

1. Connect cable to phone without battery inside.
2. Run sw , choose proper port and speed , press "start"
3. Now connect other side of cable into FG-box rj45 slot and only after this connect usb part of cable into proper PC slot.
4. All should be ok, phone will be connected and unlocked.

Case 4
No any mentioned above methods work for you.
Check your cable if pinout is correct. Sometime cable producers by mistake swap Rx and Tx wires. Also pcb of phone have another HW modification, or communication ways of phone are somehow destroyed.
In this case try to use pinout from *.pdf given by hack3r2k in pinned topic about vdf246 release.
