I ask help for very disappointed box magma

I ask for help ..... a few months ago I bought a box magma and cables and activations, in particular I needed to work on HTC phones, I come to the point, unfortunately, I found very little supporto.Per bootloader, root and S / on -off you have to do everything manually without any help of the magma box also I can not figure out how to use them some green cables hxc to create gold card and other operations, possibly in addition to the main software I need to download other software to manage these cables verdi.In alternative I ask for tips box to manage other htc phones that provides not only hardware but also a support for people like me who has great passion but has no major skills.
