Doro 6520

Hi I've been trying to unlock the Doro 6520, Also tried it as Verykool S635 and no joy.

Also please advise where on my computer is the backup file stored? I've looked in the GB folder and all I find is a small 725kb file with the imei of the phone. If this is the back up file, then I have tried to upload in the attachments but then I get error message file not recognised.
