    Mental toughness. How do you fight

    How do you struggle with your physical health. I'm especially interested in how you struggle with your psychological health. It's just that I have a lot of temper tantrums.

    Practice gratitude. If you've ever felt excessive anxiety, stress, or depression, you're probably familiar with the onslaught of endless negative thoughts. One of the best ways to combat this is to practice gratitude. I learned this on online life coaching certification . I was having a lot of mental health issues. And I was looking for ways to solve it. Here's my experience.

    It's imperative that you take care of your mental health. Because it is the foundation of everything we have. And in my opinion it is very difficult to restore
