huawei g7010 error23

hi , i have one huawei g7010 having error 23 when sim card inserted, without sim card its working ok. pls help me ,can i solve this problem in multi unlocker.also provide me usb drivers for it , i could not find its drivers in multi unlock setup.

To fix that you need gpg dragon,also need a backup off firmware and eeprom than fix thrn imei,regard
