HXC PRO Tool RED

I tried on 2 cables HXC Pro tool red, but SN Reader and HXC Pro tool 3.12 does not read serial number , also HXC Pro tool does not detect cable. I installed HXCPRO Cable driver and Dongle driver also. Please help. I use windows xp 32-bit Below is the screen from device manager :

When I connect HXC Dongle green then none of serial readers (1.0 and 2.0) can read SN, but when I open HXC Pro tool 3.12 then it shows SN. Strange is that when I connect HXC Pro tool RED then no smart card is detected Am I missing something ?

Hxc Cables not create smart card,and please try on another system.
