    No responce from admin or support of gpg jtag.

    Why is it that questions are not always answered by the supporters of gpg jtag? The users of your product always encounter problems while using jtagpro and the support is not providing the answers. Why not please come out with a detailed manual that users can always refer to when the need arises. Like, if for instance one have a boot problem in x10i what and what do we need to do to revive the phone? You are a great team with so many product so pls give us solutions to our numerous problems. Thanks.
